I visited [Brown] Ramen restaurant in Kasukabe City, Saitama Prefecture. There are about 10 parking spaces in front of the store. Orders are placed at the ticket machine as soon as you enter. I had special tsukemen, gyoza, light chicken soba, and takana mentaiko rice. Tsukemen is usually delicious. The chicken soba is soft, light and delicious. The gyoza has a chewy skin and is delicious. Takana mentaiko rice is flavored with mustard greens and is delicious. The store mainly has a counter and three tatami seats. There is also a place for children to play. It's a popular restaurant and I visited around 2:00 pm, but it was extremely crowded. The curry tsukemen looks delicious. The staff was very kind and helpful. I'm glad you were able to accommodate me even though you were busy.

Since I wasn't feeling well, I had a simple chicken soba with egg and green onion topping. It was really light, but the chicken was melty and the soup had a deep flavor, so I was able to enjoy it. Next time, I would like to try something with a rich flavor that packs a punch. Also, it's heartwarming to see the staff working together, and the service is very pleasant. I thought this would lead to an increase in the value of the store. I'll visit you again.

Some of my friends are big Brown fans. I used to go to Rokugen, which was located along No. 4, but it seems I ended up at Brown in pursuit of the tsukemen. The style is to line up after purchasing a meal ticket. I also like the tsukemen from this restaurant. There seemed to be two types of soup, ginger and yuzu. This time I had the rich chicken soba. I felt that the default amount of noodles was a bit small, but you can just order extra noodles. The rich soup was also delicious and suited my taste. Well, I don't know if it was chemical-free or if there were chemical seasonings in it, but my throat felt dry and swollen like I did after eating a dish made with Hymie at home. The store's staff are polite and kind, even though they are busy. This is a store I would like to visit again.

At 11:45am for weekday lunch, the restaurant was 80% occupied. The noodles are chewy and chewy, and the thick dipping sauce is delicious! It's nice to have a microwave to warm up the dipping sauce. I would be happy if there was something different about the dipping sauce!

I arrived at the store about 15 minutes before the store opened at 11:30, and there were already several cars parked in the parking lot, waiting for the store to open. The parking lot is large and can accommodate 10 cars (maybe more?) I think there were already 5.6 groups waiting at opening time. Ordering is done with a meal ticket. There was a notice telling me to buy a meal ticket before lining up. When the restaurant opens, you purchase ticket tickets in order from the front and take your seats. There are 5.6 seats at the counter, two counter seats facing each other for four people, and three table seats with horigotatsu style. Although it seems like there are a lot of seats, the inside of the store is quite small. In particular, the counter seats facing each other felt cramped when eating. I ordered a large bowl of tsukemen and gyoza. The noodles weigh 330g, but these are extra thick and chewy noodles made with homemade noodles. It was quite heavy and thick (like a thin udon noodle), so it was harder than usual to lift it with chopsticks. I also used my jaw to chew, so it was more filling than the large servings at other restaurants, so it was a little more for me. (I had my partner eat the extra portion) I think the soup is seafood-based, but it is thick and coats the noodles well. It contained two thick menma and two types of chashu of different shapes, and the cubed chashu seemed to have been stewed to the point that it lost its shape and could be loosened with chopsticks. Although the gyoza was large, it was delicious with a good balance of vegetables and meat. There are two types of soup stock on the shelf, yuzu and ginger, and this time I had it with yuzu, and the soup had a light and delicious aroma and flavor. Since the noodles are thick and take time to serve, the meal time will be longer. Personally, I think it's a good idea to go in the first round because the line doesn't seem to break during that time (about 10 people wait in line when you finish eating and leave).

I’ve never experienced such tender chicken. — I’ve never had 2 choices of "Soup-Wari*" * Additional hot broth to dilute the soup at the conclusion of the meal, decreasing its strength and making it more palatable as a soup to finish the meal.
